Last week, we discussed my audience and focused
on international people and anyone who is not familiar with steak shopping.
I finished my survey and got eight responses,
half of them come from China, two come from American, one come from South
Korea, and another one comes from Saudi Arabia.
Four of them do the weekly shopping, three of
them do monthly shopping, one only buy steak once or twice a year, only one
person never buys steak before.
Seven people usually buy steak at the grocery
store, and only one bought steak at VT meat center.
All of them buy steak from the grocery store
because the price is cost-effective.
If the VT meat center could offer good quality
of steak and price is affordable, they will choose to buy steak from there.
Ribeye is the most welcome type of steak, and
they fry it a lot. Some buy NY strip steak for grilling purposes.
People would like to know the detail
information about cuts of beef, cooking time, and recipes.
I did some surveys about the VT meat center.
All their beef comes from the VT animal bar, and the number of beef can offer
up to the needs of program research. They will update all the information
through their weekly newsletter (sign up for free) and Facebook.
NY Strip Loin Steak and Ribeye Steak are the
most popular steak; they are suitable for grill and fry. Porterhouse Steak is a
kind of unique cut that rare to buy at the grocery store.
They also have smokehouse products and the most delicious one is the Jalapeno and Cheese Summer Sausage.
Here are all the questions of my survey:
